Tether Announces Record Cash and Equivalent Reserves

In a significant financial milestone, Tether has disclosed its Q3 attestation report, showcasing an unprecedented 85.7% of its total reserves allocated to cash and cash equivalents. This figure marks the highest percentage of cash reserves in Tether’s history.

The majority of these substantial cash reserves are invested in U.S. Treasury Bills (T-Bills), with a total exposure exceeding an impressive $72.6 billion. In addition to these reserves, Tether holds $1.7 billion worth of bitcoin and $3.1 billion in gold assets, further bolstering its robust financial position.
